Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do is "The art of the kick and the punch."
TKD features aesthetically pleasing movements and impressive kicks. The form was officially systemized and named TaeKwonDo in 1955 and has since grown quickly and is now an Olympic sport.
Tae Kwon Do is a defensive art and is motivated as much by the art, exercise and respectful competition as the self defense aspects.
